HOW IS KREATIV HYPERLOOP & LIFE COACHING WITH JENNIFER CORTLANDT DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?
Therapy, counseling, psychology or psychotherapy, is a long-term process in which a client works with a healthcare professional to diagnose and resolve problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings, and sometimes physical responses.
Kreativ Hyperloop is a life and business coaching experience.
Kreativ Hyperloop & Life Coaching with Jennifer Cortlandt is not therapy, nor is it counseling.
Kreativ Hyperloop & Life Coaching with Jennifer Cortlandt should not be substituted for professional psychiatric or psychological care.
WHAT ARE IMPORTANT THINGS FOR ME TO KNOW?
As a Kreativ Hyperloop or Life Coaching client, you will be working directly with Jennifer Cortlandt. Jennifer is not a Mental Health Provider (i.e. psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker, etc.) and has no formal education or training in the mental health field.
As a Kreativ Hyperloop or Life Coaching client, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that Jennifer Cortlandt is not providing health care or therapy services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any mental or emotional issue, disease, or condition.
As a Kreativ Hyperloop or Life Coaching client, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that any session with Jennifer Cortlandt that covers or pertains to your physical or emotional health or wellness, relationships, business &/or career choices, your finances, or any other aspect of your life is not intended to be a substitute for the professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.
As a Kreativ Hyperloop or Life Coaching client, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that Jennifer Cortlandt is not providing medical advice, mental health advice, or religious advice in any way.

The timing and extent of results you see will depend solely on your engagement with and action in light of what you learn during your time as a client of Kreativ Hyperloop. The most sustainable results are seen over long periods of coaching.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DO NOT SEE RESULTS?
We do not offer any refunds for any reason.
HOW DO I PAY?
All payments are required upfront, prior to the start of any coaching sessions with Kreativ Hyperloop. All payments should be made to Kreativ Hyperloop. You can send your payment via Paypal, Zelle, or ABV.
ARE THERE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment plan options may be available for those in need and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
